If the user holds or transmits contents in connection with the services of clickmymusic.com, in which he has the copyrights or usage rights, for the duration of the service provision Clickmymusic e.K. is entitled for those duplication activities, which Clickmymusic e.K. has to carry out to perform the contractual services.

6. The user has to make up Clickmymusic e.K. for the loss which results from a violation of the duties, unless he is not responsible for it. The user indemnifies Clickmymusic e.K. from all disadvantages, which arise Clickmymusic e.K. as a result of the demands of third parties because of harmful activities of the user.
